Lindsey Cosgrove is a nonoprofit leader who’s worked for over a decade to strengthen nonprofit organizations that impact the lives of young people and the systems that shape them. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Greenwich House, a historic settlement house in lower Manhattan offering a variety of services and facilities to the community, including senior centers, a music school, mental health services, a nursery school, and more.
Prior to joining Greenwich House in 2023, Lindsey served as Chief Strategy Officer with Girl Scouts of Greater New York, the local Girl Scout countil for New York City. Her duties included overseeing the Girl Scout Cookie Program in New York City: the organiation’s flagship program, largest revenue source, and a $7M gross business run by young people.
A passionate champion of the arts and arts education, prior to joining the Girl Scouts of Greater New York in 2015, Lindsey worked exclusively in development and programming at arts education organizations including the National Guild for Community Arts Education and the Center for Arts Education.
Lindsey earned a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Mary Washington, an M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University, and aspired to be a middle school band teacher before discovering her passion for the nonprofit sector. She plays five instruments and cherishes being part of Pipeline’s community of artists. She has seen every mainstage Pipeline production since 2011.
