Kristy Bodall has been working with Pipeline since the summer of 2012, when she was hired as the stage manager for Giant Killer Slugs. From there, she stage managed Clown Bar at both the Parkside Lounge and The Box before joining Pipeline’s staff – first as Resident Stage Manager, then as Director of Production – before becoming General Manager in 2019. Kristy has continued to stage manage for Pipeline since joining the staff, working on Playing Hot, Folk Wandering, Beardo, and The Gray Man, as well as various second stage programs. Outside of Pipeline, Kristy is a freelance stage manager, with recent credits including Paris (Atlantic Theatre Company), King Philip’s Head Is Still On That Pike Just Down The Road (Clubbed Thumb), The Maturation of an Inconvenient Negro (Cherry Lane), Heartbreak House (Gingold Theatrical Group), Plano (Clubbed Thumb), The Elementary Spacetime Show (PHTS), Ghost Quartet (NYTW), Noise (PHTS), Streepshow! (The Tank), Buried Child (NYU Graduate Acting/Design), The Red Room (The Shelter), Material Witness (LaMaMa/Spiderwoman Theatre), When the Tanks Break (Drama League), Mermaiden; Or, The Monogamy (Spring Street Social Society), The Exalted (BAM), Together We Are Making A Poem in Honor of Life, and Melancholy Play (Strasburg Institute). Kristy has also stage managed plays in development with Second Stage, NYSAF, Playwrights Horizons, Center Theater Group, The Public Theater, Fresh Ground Pepper, and Ars Nova. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Dickinson College.
