Ray DeForest (Owner, DeForest Theatricals) is the owner and operator of DeForest Theatricals, a new commercial theatrical production company based in New York City. The company is currently working on two new musicals heading to Broadway and is working on taking a new dramatic play to the UK. Ray is a successful, lifelong, TV/Film/Event Executive producer/ writer/ director/ developer and entertainment industry professional. He is also a worldwide theater performer/director/producer, nonprofit board member, producer of nonprofit events and concerts, and fund raiser. He has also served as a TV host for cable and nationally syndicated shows for FOX, Food Network, HGTV, Animal Planet and more. Ray is a TV producer for online content with national appeal and Senior Producer of lifestyle syndicated hit “Better TV”. He works tirelessly as a fund raiser for national and worldwide LGBT charities and serves on the National LGBT Board for SAG/AFTRA, making sure that all are treated equally. Ray also has a successful performing career and tours with his one “woman” shows as well as appearing regularly at Feinstein’s/54 Below.
