Pipeline Theatre Company: What attracted you to Beardo? What made you want to work on this project?

Rolls Andre: I have loved Jason’s work for a long time and have wanted to work with him forever. And Ellie Heyman assisted on a show I did last year and I wanted to work with her again as well. And of course being a history buff the subject matter just made my mouth water.

PTC: Where do you see yourself in Shack Man?

RA: Shack Man seems like the type that, though life has not been that great to him, still finds in it simple things to cling to that make it worth living. I’m kinda like that.

PTC: If you ruled the world, what would you be remembered for?

RA: My girlish giggles at every public execution.

PTC: Tell me two truths and a lie.

RA: I am a NY native. I once played Lady Bracknell. I voted for Donald Trump.

PTC: If you could create a tagline for this show, what would it be?

RA: There’s no disputin’ there was only one Rasputin.
