This past winter, Pipeline presented our most ambitious project yet: the New York Premiere of Jason Craig and Dave Malloy’s indie rock musical, Beardo. It is thanks to a community of makers and believers that our small company could mount this very big production. Over our nine seasons of bringing ferociously imaginative work to the stage, it has been the dedication and generosity of our family of donors that made all of this magic so miraculously possible.
Our next production is another larger-than-life World Premiere musical that has community at its heart. Created by acclaimed playwright Jaclyn Backhaus (Men on Boats), Pipeline ensemble member Andrew Neisler (Clown Bar, Charlatan), and nine emerging musicians and songwriters, Folk Wandering is an exploration of the making and breaking of the American dream across three bygone generations.
Today we ask you to join our community by making a gift of support. Our goal is to raise $20,000 total by the New Year. By helping us get there, you’re securing a place in New York for young risk takers and helping to build a theater where no dream is too big.
GOAL: $20,000 by December 31, 2017
