We are very pleased to announce that earlier this week we were awarded a $3,000 grant from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). Not only will this funding go a long way in supporting this season’s programming, it also marks a very important milestone for Pipeline. This is our first public funding and, now with New York State’s stamp of approval, we are sure this is just the beginning.
NYSCA works with partners in state government to broaden the impact and advancement of arts, culture, and heritage activities throughout the Empire State. According to NYSCA, Pipeline’s work is vitally important to the community development, economic, tourism, and education benefits that are a result of investment of public funds in arts, culture, and heritage programming.
